Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE
The 325th Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm-fixed price, single-source contract for Suicide Intervention Training for training trainers (T4T). Livingworks Education USA Inc. (DBA LIVINGWORKS), located in 440 Summerlea Dr., Fayetteville, North Carolina 28311-1172, United States, has proprietary rights over the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training program (ASIST), which is an evidence-based training program compatible with Department of the Air Force (DAF) Integrated Resilience training procedures.
The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Commercial Procedures in FAR Part 12.
THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS AND A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition to this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. Concerns should be delivered with sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement to provide evidence-based Suicide Intervention Training compatible with the DAF standards and meeting continuity requirements for previously trained personnel. If no affirmative written response is received by February 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST, then the Government will proceed with an award to Livingworks Education USA Inc.
A determination by the Government not to compete this contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communication is not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a), prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
