Description

The Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO-1) of the Department of Veterans Health Administration (VHA) has a requirement for an indoor Firearms range for the Bedform VAMC Police for their quarterly Firearms training. The range must be in the area of the Bedford VAMC, 200 Springs Road Bedford, MA 01730. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Interested parties are asked to submit capability statement that clearly and convincingly identifies their capability to fulfill the requirements. Capability statements shall be limited to no more than ten (10) pages (including the cover sheet, table of contents, etc.) Detailed capabilities must be submitted by email to Ian Herrick, Ian.Herrick@va.gov, electronic format that is compatible with Word 2013, no later than 10AM Eastern, 24 February 2026. As part of its market research, NCO-1 is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there exist an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is NAICS 611699 Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 million. The Product Service Code is U014. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement. This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of NCO-1 market research. No Request for Proposal (RFP), Quote (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFP, RFQ or IFB. Responses to this Sources Sought are not quotes, proposals, or bids on which NCO-1 can issue any contract. This Sources Sought is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a RFP, RFQ or IFB. The Government does not intend to award a contract or BPAs based only on responses to this Sources Sought. All information received in response to this Sources Sought marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responses to the Sources Sought will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. NCO-1 will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought. Do not submit pricing information in response to this Sources Sought.
