Description

FA300225R0008 Amendment 0003 (13 February 2026) The following documents were updated for this amendment: 1. Section L - Instructions Conditions and Notices to Offerors 2. Attachment L-11 - Appendix IAW L.3.2.1.7 ? Task Order Details FA300225R00080003 amends Section L of the solicitation in effort to clarify instructions to offerors. The amended Sections are highlighted in yellow in Section L. Additional details are as follows: IAW Section L.3.2.1.7 An appendix shall be attached (See Attachment L-11) listing the TO number(s), ordering vehicle number, TO total dollar value and TO period of performance as required. This appendix will not count against the PPI page count. The Government cannot rate relevancy for an ordering-type contract submission that does not provide sufficient information to evaluate (i.e. Specific task orders, task order periods of performance, and task order magnitudes of work performed for each task order under the referenced IDIQ contract). -AND- IAW Section L.4.2.3 NIST SP 800-171 requirement to obtain the minimum Basic Level Score of 110, have a System Security Plan and a plan of action for each unimplemented security requirement to describe how and when the security requirement will be met. There is no change to the requirement; however, at the time of solicitation, the Government was unaware that the Security Plan and plan of action for unimplemented security requirements could not be viewed by the Government in the SPRS platform. Therefore, Section L has been amended to clarify the instructions so that the Government can view the required plans and, IAW Section M.1.3, item #4, determine offerors ?compliant with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-171 and Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).? Please send the required Section L Attachment L- 11 and Security Plan/Plan of Action (as required) to the following: kari.barnett@us.af.mil and ricardo.flores.16@us.af.mil NLT 1700 CST 23 FEB 2026. *due to a tech issue within CON-IT, the AF contracting writing platform, the corresponding SF33 for FA300225R00080003 will be provided for signature of acknowledgement in the upcoming week.
