The proposal due date is extended. Proposals are due 23 February 2026 at 1400 CST. This is an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) Job Order Contract (JOC). The capacity of this JOC is $14,000,000 for the base of two years and 3 one-year options in the amount of $7M each, total capacity of $35M. Task order limitations will range from $2,000 to $3M. Funding is available to meet the minimum guarantee for the IDC Contract award and task orders will be awarded with project funds. The FY26 JOC is an IDC and will be used for repair, maintenance, demolition and minor construction requirements on a variety of projects ranging from Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM), simplified acquisition of base repair requirements, civil works operations and maintenance, small renovations, real property repair and maintenance with an estimated value more than the micro-purchase threshold (MPT) for acquisitions of construction. All facilities are located on McAlester Army Ammunition Plant in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma.
