Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the
contractor's responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the Government by the due date and time.
The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes in accordance with the
solicitation. The required documents are as follows:

If the Solicitation Module is down, the alternate method for quote submission is via email to the solicitation
question POC listed below. If you experience an error when trying to submit your offer, you must take a screen
shot of the error screen and include it with your offer documents via email to the question POC. The contractor
must obtain prior approval from the question POC to use the alternate submission method. Contractor requests to
use the alternate submission method must be received by the question POC no later than 36 hours prior to the
quote submission deadline.
