Description
The U.S. Government is seeking retail office space for Army and Army Command.
The Government requires a full-service lease for:
- A minimum of 3500 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 4410 RSF of retail office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center
- Lease term less than five (5) years with Government termination rights
- Located within a defined delineated area in
- N: Lake Blvd to Lake Blvd E
- E: Old Oregon Trail to Airport Road
- S: Rancho Rd. to Churn Crk Rd. to S Bonnyview Rd.
- W: S Market St. to Gold St. to California St. to Tehama St. to S Market St. to N Market St
- Designated on-site parking for up to eight (8) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis
Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.
Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners.
