Description

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement is conducting market research for outreach and implementation program management. Specifically, ICE requires outreach and implementation program management services to conduct statewide outreach to support all participants nationwide in the 287(g) program. As part of its market research, ICE is issuing this RFI to determine the estimated number of interested vendors capable of meeting the outreach requirement. 

Please see attachment for details on requirements to respond to the RFI. Questions are due January 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET. Responses are due February 6th, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET.
