The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on or about March 24, 2026, to be posted to www.SAM.gov. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, perspective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quotes. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. NAICS Code is 221310 - Water Supply and Irrigation Systems with a Small Business Size Standard of $41 Million. The classification code is Z1NE Maintenance of Water Supply Facilities. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% set-aside for Small Business. All responsible sources may submit proposals to be considered by the Agency. General Description: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, tools and incidentals necessary to perform the repairs and upgrades as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) in the solicitation. Period of performance 4/15/2026-3/31/2027 with the provision of four (4) option years.
