Description

AFLCMC/ESG is seeking quotes for the 3DELRR TPY-4 Transportation. 

Total Small Business Set-Aside 

NAICS Code: 484230

Small Business Size Standard: 34 Million Dollars

Description:
Contractor shall transport one (1) AN/TPY-4 (V) 1 radar system and its associated components. Refer to Attachment 1 – Cargo and Shipment Specification for more details. The transport will originate at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico and the destination is Santa Rosa Island Site A-17, Florida. The selected vendor shall provide all necessary vehicles, drivers, and logistical support to transport the specified government-furnished cargo from the origin to the destination. The transit must be conducted in a safe, secure, and timely manner, adhering to all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) and federal regulations.

  • Origin: White Sands Missile Range, NM, 88002
  • Destination: Sants Rosa Island Site A-17, Florida 32548
  • Total Estimated Distance: Approx.  1,340 miles

Date of delivery / Period of Performance: The radar system must be picked up on 24 April 2026. Delivery of the radar system to destination must be no later than 1000 AM Central Daylight Time on 27 April 2026.

Questions about requirement are due on or before 1200 PM EDT 02 April 2026. Contracting Officer will post Question and Answer sheet on the solicitation by 1200 PM EDT on 03 April 2026.

Offers shall be emailed to Contract Specialist: Kirsten LaFleur at kirsten.lafleur.1.ctr@us.af.mil and Contracting Officer: Danielle Crone-Alvarez at danielle.crone-alvarez@us.af.mil. Failure to respond to both may result in being technically unacceptable.

Offers are due on or before 1200 PM EDT, 10 April 2026.  Offers shall be valid for a period no less than 30 days. Please request read receipt on all submitted quotes.
