Description
Pursuant to FAR 19.808-1 and DFARS 219.808-1, this is a direct award CPFF contract to NHS, an Alaska Native Corporation. In accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.805-1(b)(2), ANCs are exempt from the competitive threshold limitations of the 8(a) Program.
