Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, hereby announces the solicitation for “Garrison Dam Spillway Man Lift Services”. The solicitation will close on 27 April 2026. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses.
Project Description:
Man lift services are needed for an HSS (Hydraulic Steel Structure) inspections of the Garrison Dam spillway Tainter gates. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, supervision, and other items necessary to provide a manlift and operations for inspection of the Garrison Dam spillway Tainter gates. The Contractor shall also provide crane services to place and remove the man lift from the Garrison Dam spillway.
The Period of Performance for this effort is from the Date of Contract Award through 31 July, 2025. The Government expects that the work be completed in May 2026, with actual dates to be coordinated with the Project Office and the Inspectors.
