Description
REQUIREMENTS: C.W. Bill Young Veterans Medical Center located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd. Bay Pines FL. 33744, and Lee County Veterans Healthcare Center located at 2489 Diplomat Parkway East, Cape Coral, FL. 33909, require maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency call back service of each automated door at these facilities. The contractor shall provide one (1) door technician on site, Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Normal business hours are Monday Friday 0600AM 4:30PM. During the PMs, the Contractor shall clean, adjust, and lubricate the equipment as specified below, determine the nature and extent of any defect and the requirements necessary to satisfactorily restore doors, and if conditions warrant, furnish and install parts to that end. A complete inventory of the type of doors is furnished with this Work Statement.
