Description
The purpose of Amendment THREE (3) is to extend the solicitation closing date in PIEE to 09 January 2026 @ 1000 CST to match the SF1449. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for Custodial Services at TX054 - Luis Garcia Memorial ARC, 600 S Col Rowe Blvd, McAllen, TX 78501-2873; in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The period of performance is 1 February 2026 to 31 January 2027 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and a six-month (6) option to extend services.
