Description
The U.S. Department of State, National Foreign Affairs Training Center, Directorate of Diplomatic Tradecraft and Emerging Technology, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Social Media Examiner 13025 Danielson Street Suite 260 Poway, California 92064 for the acquisition of registrations for student access to the Social Media Marketing World (SMMW) conference as part of The Social Media Forum (PY364).
In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 12 'Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Products and Services.' The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541990. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is 03/17/2026 at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time.
