This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06, effective October 1, 2025.

DESCRIPTION
The US Geological Survey, Western Ecological Research Center (WERC), requires telemetry units as described in the attached Salient Characteristics.
