Description
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation for the complete performance of non-personal solid waste management services at the NATO School Oberammergau, USAG Bavaria Garmisch, Germany.
The scope of work includes the scheduled collection, removal, and disposal of non-hazardous solid waste from two designated collection points (servicing Buildings 763 and 764). Waste types include, but are not limited to, mixed recyclables, paper and cardboard, food leftovers, used cooking oil, glass, and tin/aluminum cans.
The contractor is responsible for furnishing and maintaining all collection containers. This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract.
Mandatory Requirement: All offerors must be an accredited waste management company for collection, transportation, and disposal of waste material in accordance with the German Cycle Management Act ("Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz"). A valid "Entsorgungsfachbetrieb" certificate must be provided with the proposal.
