Description of Requirement: The 76th AMXG requests the procurement of the following items:
a. Quantity of one (1) Handheld Self-Positioning Laser Scanner System:
(1) One (1) Scanner Unit: Ergonomically designed for comfortable and efficient data acquisition.
(2) One (1) Carrying Case: Protect your investment with a custom-designed case for safe transport.
(3) Four (4) Metter Custom USB Cables: High-quality cable for reliable connectivity.
(4) One (1) Power Supply: Ensures consistent and optimal scanner performance.
(5) One (1) Calibration Plate: Maintain peak accuracy and alignment.
(6) One (1) box of 2,000 Reflective Targets: Get started immediately with ample targets for reliable positioning and registration.
(7) One (1) Associated Training Material: Comprehensive materials to help you quickly master the system.
(8) A One (1) year warranty that covers parts and labor: Comprehensive warranty.
(9) Acceptance test based on VGI/VDE 2334 part 3: System shall be rigorously tested in accordance with VDI/VDE 2634 part 3 standards, ensuring reliable and verifiable performance.
b. Optical CMM Scanner Unit for Shop Floor Environments:
(1) One (1) Scanner Unit: High-precision scanner for capturing detailed data.
(2) One (1) Eight-Meter Cable: Extended reach for scanning larger objects.
(3) One (1) Carrying Case: Protect the scanner during transport and storage.
(4) One (1) Optical Tracker: That enables precise positioning and tracking of the scanner.
(5) One (1) Eight-Meter Cable: That provides connectivity for the Optical Tracker.
(6) One (1) Optical Tracker Carrying Case: Protects the tracker during transport and storage.
(7) One (1) Universal Power Supply: Powers the optical tracker.
(8) One (1) Box of 250 Adhesive Targets (Diameter of 12mm): Targets for tracking and registration.
(9) One (1) Ball Head Stand: Offers a stable and adjustable platform for the optical tracker.
(10) Optical Tracker Acceptance Test based on partial ISO 10360-12: 2016: This system is tested based on key performance indicators within ISO 10360-12:2016. This includes Probing size error (6.2) and Length error (6.4). Statements of compliance, where applicable, are based on test results falling within specification limits with no reduction by the uncertainty of the measurement. Scanner Acceptance Test based on VDI/VDE 2634 part 3 (Statements of compliance, where applicable, are based on test results falling within specification limits with no reduction by the uncertainty of the measurement).
(11) 1-year warranty on parts and labor.
