Description
The Bath VAMC is located at 76 Veterans Avenue, Bath, NY 14810. The layout is a campus with more than 30 buildings located on over 200 acres. Normal working hours are Monday Friday7:00am 4:30pm. The current parking lot is deteriorating and in need of repair/replacement alongwith an expansion. This parking lot is also in need of a stormwater drainage system, to aid indiverting stormwater away from the 1st floor and basement of B-30. The Scope of this projectincludes but is not limited to repave and restripe existing asphalt parking lot, construct newstormwater drainage system, new lighting, curbs, and sidewalks as well as repair existing retainingwalls and stairs along the West side of B-30 per the design drawings. The scope of this work willalso include preparing a temporary parking solution coordinated with the VA.
