The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), seeks to identify qualified sources capable of providing comprehensive residential hall management services for the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) in San Salvador, El Salvador.
Scope: The requirement includes 24/7 administration and management of a two-floor, 56-bedroom residence hall facility with suites, gymnasium, pool deck, and support areas. Services include front desk operations, housekeeping, laundry services, facility maintenance coordination, and provision of amenities meeting three-star hotel standards.
Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price, one base year/period plus four option years.
Place of Performance: ILEA Students Residence Hall, Boulevard Cancilleria and Calle El Pedregal, Antiguo Cuscatlan, La Libertad, El Salvador.
