SITE VISIT (To be considered for award, an offeror must attend the site visit) Solicitation # W911SD-26-Q-A028 Description: Billeting A site visit is scheduled for Billeting Lodging, Shower Sinks, Latrine Trailers, EST II Wednesday March 18th , 2026 at 10:30 AM EST SHARP

We will assemble at 681 Rogers Place, BLDG 681, First Floor, lobby by the elevator, at 10:00 AM . Then, we will depart to the site, we have to drive, TRANSPORTATION IS A MUST!

SOLICITATION NOTICE:

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SOLICITATION for the Service of temporary structures for billeting (weatherproof housing), training structures, latrines (showers, sinks, toilets), systems need to accommodate for a 24/7 support staff, power, sewer, energy, and gas set up for Engagement Skills Trainer (EST) II, normally held at Camp Buckner on a base plus two (2) one (1) option years contract.

The period of performance will be for May 01, 2026 – April 30, 2029 (estimated).

This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns holders under NAICS code 721310 - Rooming and Boarding Houses, Dormitories, and Workers' Camps, size standard is $14,000,000.00 Million per year and FSC/PSC of J054 Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Prefabricated Structures and Scaffolding.

In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as Small Business concern under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://sam.gov.

Please verify that both your SAM UEI #, CAGE Code, and NAICS Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM).

Offerors are reminded to carefully review all solicitation documents issued for details and instructions, as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern.

A Site Visit will be held, all offerors interested in submitting a quote for this requirement MUST attend the Site Visit, otherwise they will not be considered for award. Attendees must RSVP via EMAIL on or before Monday, March 16, 2026, with the name(s) and number of persons attending.

The solicitation will be issued on or about the week of March 02, 2026, in electronic format only and will be available on the Internet at: https://sam.gov.
