Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Government intends to solicit and award a sole source Purchase Order for an access control badging system to integrate with the existing system, under the authority of FAR 6.103-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. The Reference Number is F1M1G36011A001.
The 628th Contracting Squadron (628 CONS) located at 101 E. Hill Blvd, Joint Base Charleston (JB CHS), SC intends to award a Purchase Order to Advantor Systems LLC. The Advantor SFXi Access Control System is a facility entrance access system which allows an administrator to establish facility access levels, monitor access reports, and enroll Common Access Card (CAC) users. The system includes a badging system to sync with other existing Advantor systems. The full requirements are detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The required Period of Performance is 60 days from the date of award.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals; however, responsible sources may submit a capability statement that shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
