THE BRQ WAS UPDATED ON 4/2/2026 TO INFORM VENDORS THAT TOILET TISSUE ROLLS BETWEEN 450-600 SHEETS PER ROLL WILL NOW BE CONSIDERED. ALSO ADDED IS THE REQUIREMENT TO ADD THE DIMENSIONS OF THE ROLLS AND A NOTE THAT INVOICES WILL BE PAID ON A NET 30 BASIS AFTER EACH ORDER IS DELIVERED. THE UPDATED BRQ IS ATTACHED, PLEASE SEE THE UPDATED DESCRITIONS UNDER EACH LINE ITEM.
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton, West Virginia, intends to issue a solicitation for the requirements of: TOILET TISSUE, as prescribed in FAR subpart 12.6 under NAICS Code 322291. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery date is 14 days ARO. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex Warehouse, 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or no awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance, delivery time-frame and price considered. Evaluation factors as prescribed by 52.212-2 will be applied for determination of winning bid. The solicitation will be made available on or about March 30, 2026, and will be posted to the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website: https://sam.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is April 14, 2026, at 12:00 pm. EST. A signed SF 1449, including vendor information, must be submitted to be considered a viable quote. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
