The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Services at Mahoning Creek Lake, located in New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This requirement includes grounds maintenance, custodial services, and debris removal across public-use areas, including picnic areas, playgrounds, trails, and shoreline.The contractor will be responsible for all labor, equipment, supervision, tools, materials, and transportation to ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the recreation areas. Services will include but are not limited to mowing, trimming, litter collection, restroom cleaning, and removal of natural and man-made debris.
