Please be advised that the 3.22 Post, Camps, and Stations Northeastern US Solicitation has been posted with a closing date of January 15, 2026, at 12:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time.

Solicitation is under 3.22 COG 2 Northeastern United States. 

Please see the attached documents in SAM for all information in regards to the solicitation, to include the proposal checklist that contains all necessary documents needed to have a complete packet.

Any proposal that is found not complete will be marked as unacceptable and will not be included in the evaluation process.

Upon being determined acceptable in the evaluation process, awards will be made to the lowest total price per aggregate group.

Offerors may submit questions until , December 23, 2025, no later than 4:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time.

DLA Energy plans on awarding without discussions, so please submit best prices with initial offer.

Offers are to be submitted in OET. Pricing shall be submitted in OET as well as Offer Grouping Spreadsheet.
