Description
Background: 127th Wing, located on Selfridge ANGB, MI has a print environment comprising more than 250,000 devices, including scanners, printers, and multi-function devices. The size and complexity of the SANGB print environment make configuration control, lifecycle maintenance, and supply management cumbersome and costly, thereby limiting SANGB’s ability to manage the print fleet effectively.
This contract provides comprehensive support, maintenance, and repair services for the specified HP LaserJet Managed MFP E67660 devices and 1 E876XX Device . The core components of this service agreement include providing all necessary consumables (excluding paper), service and break-fix parts, and all associated maintenance.
The SANGB’s Managed Printer Service requirement is for maintenance and repair of network print servers and print queues operation, and maintenance of an enterprise electronic FAX service; the implementation of physical and network security measures, to include software/firmware/driver updates for print devices; monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the functionality, utilization, and security of the SANGB print and FAX environments. The optimization of the SANGB print and FAX environments is to realize enterprise-wide efficiencies and the reduction of SANGB’s total cost of ownership for print; the maintenance of print devices and the provision of consumable print supplies (excluding paper and staples).
