The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing a SOLICITATION for Transportation Support (Charter) Services at West Point, NY.

The period of performance will be for June 01, 2026 – May 31, 2027 (estimated).

This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business GSA Contract holders under NAICS code 485510 Charter Bus Industry, size standard is $19,000,000.00 Million per year and FSC/PSC of V119.

In order to be eligible for award, Small Business concerns must be registered as Small Business GSA Contract holders under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://sam.gov.

Please verify that both your SAM UEI # , CAGE Code, are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM), as well the GSA contract is also current and valid.

Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern.
