March 27th, 2026 Update:  Contract award made to Maguire O'Hara Construction of Oklahoma City, OK in the amount (total evaluated price) of $8,320,486.43.

November 24th, 2025 Update: Amendment 0003 is herby posted which incorporates "Attachment 17 Section B 11.24.25". This Section B includes areas where offerors must input the Total Evaluated Price and prices of each item that comprise the Total Evaluated Price (Base Bid - CLINS 00001 & 00002 and all Bid Options). Important Notice: Attachment 17 Section B 11.24.25 must be submitted with an offeror's proposal as identified in Section L of the SIR

November 21st, 2025 Update:  Please see an additional Q&A .pdf document dated 11.21.25 in the attachments.  These questions were submitted before the deadline, but inadvertently omitted in the 11.20.25 Q&A Excel document.

November 20th, 2025 Update:  SIR/Solicitation Amendment 0002 is issued.  Please review the SIR amendment in depth.  Note the three (3) additional technical documents added to the attachment section of this posting.  Please also note that the proposal due date/time has been extended by a couple of days.

November 19th, 2025 Update:  Redacted (PII) Site Visit Attendee List added to list of attachments.  Also adding a secondary/alternate contracting officer POC to this posting.  Please utilize this secondary/alternate POC if you receive an out of office message autoreply to an email sent to the primary POC about this SIR. Lastly, note that questions/RFIs are still under review.

November 7th, 2025 Update:  Please see SIR Amendment 0001 now attached to this posting, which extends the proposal due date/time out to 12/3/2025 by 3:00 PM CT.
