This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 5.1 - Presolicitation. The 10th Contracting Squadron, Operational Contracting office, United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), Colorado, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Priced sole source award to PANO AI, Inc., a small business headquarted at 3130 20th St, Ste 175, San Francisco, CA 94110. This commercial acquisition is for AI-Enabled Wildfire and Smoke Detection System service.
The North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this acquistion is 561621, Security Systems Services and the business size standard is $25M.
