This site visit involves a 10-mile hike with 2,743 ft elevation gain. Amendment 1 is issued to post revised Statement of Work, Dated 3-5-2026.

The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for services required to demolish the recreation building from the Mt. LeConte Lodge area. Location of Recreation building is on Mt. LeConte. This site is a remote location and limited access by way of trails. Airlift services are anticipated for Contractors mobilization of equipment and materials, as well as the removal of demolished materials and demobilization.

This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement.
