Description
California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) is soliciting proposals from fully insured and licensed logistical and student support services that meet or exceed all applicable State and Federal standards for the successful coordination of the faculty-led Study Abroad Programs (FLP) on an as-needed program basis for various colleges and departments. Interested Proposers shall provide comprehensive travel services and pricing based on the Scope of Work provided. These services may include local arrangements related to classrooms, housing, transportation, cultural activities, excursions, staff assistance, risk management support, billing, and the minimum and maximum number of students, per trip, contractor can accommodate. The goal is to ensure that the University will have timely access to comprehensive logistical support for quality international educational experiences. Award(s) will be given to proposal(s) receiving the highest number of total points based on the criteria set forth in this RFP. The University may, at its discretion, award multiple contracts under this solicitation based on the evaluation results and identified needs.
