The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) is seeking information regarding capabilities supporting an advanced technology development effort for large aircraft threat sensing and cueing. This is a science and technology effort focused on accelerating emerging technology development and transition to acquisition organizations for subsequent development and maturation. This advanced technology development includes concept and technology demonstrations of components and subsystems or system models with the intention to prove technological feasibility and assess subsystem and component operability and producibility. This effort seeks to demonstrate the general military utility of technology when applied to different types of military equipment or techniques – with the end-goal of transitioning technologies to acquiring organizations in the future. This technology demonstration effort is generally expected to achieve a Technology Readiness Level of 6 before transition.

It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.
Is the data live?
The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
