Solicitation 36C26026R0048 for project 653 SATOC for the Roseburg VA Medical Center is anticipated to be released to Contracting Opportunities on or about March 20,2026. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after the solicitation is posted. Period of Performance: The intended contract period of performance is 5 years after receipt of notice to proceed. Description of Services: The contractor will provide all material, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the task orders at the Roseburg VA Medical Center, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR 97471-6523. One Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) will be awarded for repairs, renovations, environmental abatement, and minor alterations to existing facilities and/or infrastructure such as roads, parking, drainage system and utility systems in accordance with the scope of work and applicable specifications at the time of task order issuance. Task Orders shall be based on individual projects. This is a SATOC that encompasses a broad range of scope that is primarily construction in nature but may contain ancillary maintenance activities. NAICS Code: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the small business size standard is $45 million. A solicitation is not currently available.
