Description
The U.S. Army is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding the availability of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) JLTV replacement parts. All parts must be brand new and not refurbished.
Purpose:
The purpose of this request for Information (RFI) is to gather information regarding the availability, production lead times, pricing and potential expedited delivery options for the parts listed in the attached Excel document. The government is conducting market research to identify industry capabilities and solutions to meet urgent mission requirements. Vendors are requested to review the attached list and provide detailed responses regarding their ability to supply these items, including estimated delivery timelines, production capacity, and any options for expediting delivery.
Scope of Information Requested:
- Part Numbers and Descriptions: Provide details of the OEM parts available and production capacity, including part numbers, descriptions, and specifications.
- Pricing Information: Provide pricing details for new parts, including any volume discounts or pricing tiers.
- Lead Times: Indicate the typical lead times for delivery of new parts.
- Warranty Information: Provide details about any warranties or guarantees on the new parts.
- Company Information to include the following:
Company Name: Full legal name of the business.
Address: Physical and mailing address of the company.
Point of Contact (POC): Name, title, phone number, and email address of the individual responsible for the response.
DUNS Number or Unique Entity Identifier (UEI): The company’s identifier in the System for Award Management (SAM).
CAGE Code: Commercial and Government Entity code assigned to the company.
