Description

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA-Weapons Support), Robins AFB, GA, 31098 will acquire for the USAF 411th SCMS the following NSN required for the UH-N1 Helicopter:

-NSN 1615-00-255-2896GA, PN 204-040-366-15, Rotor Mast Assembly

Drawings/Data are not available from the procuring activity.

SPRWA1-26-R-0024 will be a written request for a firm-fixed price delivery order for a quantity of 33 for each Rotor Mast Assembly’s.

The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Bell Textron’s (CAGE 97499) in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Data is not available for this acquisition. However, all proposals received before closing date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.

The solicitation for this requirement is estimated to be posted on 17 April 2026.
