REQUEST FOR INFORMATION – SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS.
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for Market Research Purposes ONLY. This information will be used to determine the availability of Contractors capable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements.
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville, FL is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to determine whether there are potentially qualified firms capable of providing Household Goods Shipment Services in support of Blount Island Terminal, Jacksonville, FL as specified in the attached draft Performance Work Statement and Bid Schedule. Services would be required in the Counties within the State of Florida: Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Columbia, St. Johns, Union, Columbia, Alachua, Madison, Dixie, Flagler, Gilchrist, Levy, Suwannee, Taylor, Marion and Putnam. Counties of Camden, Charlton and, Glynn in Georgia. The firm would need certification to access Naval Base Guantanamo Bay (GTMO).
This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote. The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offerors for market research purposes and to determine if there are qualified firms able to fulfill this requirement.

Description/Scope of Work: See the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement.
It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a Product Service Code (PSC) of V003, and NAICS Code of 484210.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Responses to this Sources Sought Notice shall not exceed ten (10) pages and shall be prepared using Times New Roman font no smaller than 12 point. The technical capabilities statement shall include:
A cover page containing the Company’s Name, Address, CAGE Code, UEI number, Years in Business, Affiliate Information, Parent Company, Joint Venture Partners, NAICS Code 484210, BUSINESS SIZE/SOCIO-ECONOMIC Status, Government Business Point-of-Contact Name, Phone Number, and Email Address.
No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought Notice or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation package will be accepted as this is not a solicitation. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the Government Technical Point of Contact (GTPOC) will not be provided and no appointments for presentation will be made.
Responses shall be submitted by 5:00 PM EST, Monday 09 February 2026. Any questions about the Performance Work Statement or Bid Schedule must be submitted in writing to Kimberley.A.Sanders.civ@us.navy.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted.
