Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenace and Repair Services at Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) and United States Soldiers’ and Airmen’s Home National Cemetery (USSANC).
The purpose for this amendment is to extend the Solicitation Closing Date from March 30, 2026 8:00 AM to March 30, 2:00 PM.

52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-
Volume I-Administrative - Offerors must submit the SF1449 in its entirety. Offerors must fill in all
information required in blocks 17. Including offeror's Cage Code. Offerors must also return any
applicable SF30-amendment cover sheets. Both the SF1449 cover page including Blocks 17a
(including telephone number) 30a, 30b, and 30c. and the SF30s shall be signed and dated by
an official having the authority to contractually bind the firm. In addition, a complete copy of the
offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) record, inclusive of Representations and
Certifications shall be completed and submitted.
NOTICE: Instructions to Offerors requires 2 complete proposals, with one being fully redacted of all Vendor information.
