This notice serves as Norfolk Naval Shipyard's intent to sole source the following requirement:
Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) requires the removal, reinstallation, and testing of CO2 Scrubber and COH2 Burner equipment shipboard.
Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source is capable of fulfilling this requirement. CEPEDA Associates Inc. (Cage Code: 60756) is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and thus owns the proprietary data including drawings, equipment, and approved processes required to perform this work.
Solicitation is available upon request. To be deemed a capable vendor, please send a Technical Abilities statement to be considered for future requirements.
