Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Laboratory Servics for Dredged Material Analysis (Chemical Analyses) to the US Army Corps of Engineers, New England District
THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide Chemical Analysis of environmental samples for dredged materials as needed for each BPA call under the agreement.
The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost.
In accordance with FAR 12.201-1(e)(3), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA.
THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD UP TO THREE (3) BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS FROM THIS ONE (1) SOLICITATION.
This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about March 5, 2026. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.sam.gov).
The applicable NAICS code is 541380 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
