Description

PROJECT CONSISTS OF: Provide all labor materials and equipment necessary to restore, remove and replace existing bituminous site paving and improve the existing paved areas, fill cracks in bituminous pavement, remove and replace concrete plaza and sidewalks, address site drainage issues including installing a concrete pipe and restripe parking and roadway areas throughout the entire site.

Construction Magnitude: Between $100,000 and $250,000.
Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price
Period of Performance: 120 Calendar Days after NTP
