Description

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Global Threat Reduction Directorate (GT) Mission Support Department (MS) has a follow-on requirement for the Arms Control Enterprise System (ACES) Support as outlined in the provided Statement of Work (SOW).

DTRA is conducting market research to identify firms that possess the capability to perform the requirements identified in the SOW.  Potential sources either alone or with appropriate teaming partners must has demonstrated expertise and capability to perform the identified requirement. 

In response to this sources sought notice, DTRA invites interested companies capable of meeting this requirement to submit a capability summary, limited to 5 pages, outlining the firm's ability to fulfill this need. 

In addition to a summary of the firm's capabilities to meet the requirement as defined by the SOW, each response shall also contain the following: 

1. Company Name

2. Point of Contact (POC) information (including email, phone number, and title)

3. Company Address

4. Unique Entity ID

5. CAGE Code

6. Confirmation of business size/type (i.e. large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, an 8(a) participant, certified small disadvantaged business, HUBZone small business, women-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business) based upon North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. 

Unless otherwise stated herein, no additional information from DTRA is available. Requests for the same will not receive a response.

This synopsis is for information planning purposes only and the Government will not pay or otherwise reimburse respondents for information submitted. All documentation and statements received in response to this sources sought notice shall become the property of the U.S. Government.

There is no commitment by the U.S. Government to issue a solicitation, to make award or awards, or to be responsible for any costs associated with a response to this sources sought notice. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract for this requirement.
