1.0 Introduction
The 187th Fighter Wing is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from qualified vendors for the procurement of commercial kitchen equipment. The purpose of this RFI is to identify potential sources and to obtain information on products that meet the specifications outlined below. Information received shall be used to develop the Statement of Requirements and budget for this requirement.
Funding is not currently available for this requirement.
2.0 Scope of Requirement
We are seeking information on the following commercial kitchen equipment. Please provide product details, specifications, and any other relevant information about equipment that meets the following criteria (all sizes are approximate and not mandatory):
2.1 Steam Jacketed Electric Tilting Kettle
- Capacity: 25-40 Gallons
- Heating: Self-contained, high-speed 24 kW electric self-generating steam boiler
- Features:
- Water Treatment System
- Swing waterspout
- One-piece, counter-balanced stainless steel cover
- Upright tilting capability
- Pan support for one 12” x 20” x 2 ½” deep pan

3.0 Compliance Requirements
