Description

This is a presolicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12 . This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This project's specification covers the replacement of 22 Fan Coil Units for the US- Embassy, Vienna.
The work involves, but is not limited to the following:
• Decommissioning of existing FCUs, 2 pipes
• Draining to the required extent
• Disconnecting cold water- and condensate pipes
•Electrical disconnection FCU’s and room controllers
• Removal and disposal existing FCU’s and pipes
• Execution planning
• Delivery and installation 22 FCU’s incl. pipes, valves, actuators and room controllers and insulation
• Connection cold water- and condensate pipes
• Pipe insulation
• Electrical connection
• Hydraulic balancing
• Commissioning
• Documentation
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.

3. Additional information as required in Section 3 of the solicitation document
4. Proof of SAM Registration
