Description
Service Contract – U.S. CG Residence Hamburg
Scope of Work
The Contractor shall provide cleaning services, glass and window cleaning services, and gardening/grounds maintenance services at the U.S. Consulate General Residence Hamburg, Rondeel 1, 22301 Hamburg, Germany.
This requirement is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and insurance necessary to perform the required services.
The period of performance consists of one (1) Base Year and four (4) one-year Option Periods, which may be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
All services shall be performed in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW), the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
