The vendor shall provide laboratory services to the North Carolina National Guard (NCNG) for analyzing blood and urine samples as provided by the National Guard. The Government will perform the collection of all samples. The vendor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform for Laboratory services for the NCNG as defined within this PWS.
