Description
The U.S. Embassy located in Zagreb; Croatia requires Building Automation System (BAS) Preventive Maintenance (PM) services. The Contractor shall perform BAS PM Services as described in this Statement of Work. The Contractor shall also provide further evaluation of the overall functionality of the BAS based on concerns and input provided to the Contractor by the Facility Manager (FM) and Facility Maintenance Staff (FMS). These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when the work is completed.
The Contractor shall provide personnel, supplies and equipment, as identified in this solicitation and Exhibit I, for all maintenance services at Zagreb as described in STATEMENT of WORK, of this contract attached here as separate document.
