Description
The Contractor shall install Kitchen Grease Hood Exhaust with Fire Suppression Systems, wet chemical suppression, vapor exhaust systems, make-up air units, and exhaust fans. The Contractor shall be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rates specified on the Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall include all labor, design, engineering, equipment, parts, devices, materials, programming, tools, installation, supervision, inspection, training, permits, licenses, insurance, bonds, transportation, travel, per diem and all other expenses necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Correctional Construction Mentorship Program (CCM), located at California Men¿s Colony (CMC), Highway 1 Colony Drive, San Luis Obispo, CA 93409.
