Description – This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1240LT26Q0013 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Greybull Work Center Renovations to include all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and permits necessary to complete the renovation and site improvements at the United States Forest Service (USFS) Bighorn National Forest, Greybull Work Center. The project includes upgrades to two primary buildings—Barracks and Hotshot Office/Shop—as well as site-wide improvements. The goal is to modernize the facility, improve energy efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety and accessibility standards.
The Greybull Work Center, located at 1220 North 8th Street, Greybull, WY 82441, supports U.S. Forest Service operations. The facility is outdated and requires renovation to meet current operational needs.
