THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. This is a Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Contract.
The United States Coast Guard Surface Force Logistics Center (USCG-SFLC), Norfolk, VA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole Source contract to Northway Mathers, Inc, DBA Northway Products under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 6.302-1, 6.303-2 and 6.304. This special notice of intent to award is posted to www.betasam in accordance with FAR Part 5.002. Purchase order terms and conditions will be IAW FAR 2.212-4 and the applicable clauses of FAR 52.212-4. Only one source is reasonably available. Northway Mathers, Inc, DBA Northway Products is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). All information received in response to this Notice of Intent marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Per FAR 6.302-1, USCG Surface Force Logistics Center located in Norfolk, Virginia intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for Mathers Propulsion Control System parts for repair.
