The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price contract to Repair lights outside of the helipad at Akasaka Press Center and at Camp Zama for DPW, USAGJ. Anticipated award date is around 29 May 2026 (subject to change).

Repair lights outside of the helipad at Akasaka Press Center and at Camp Zama for DPW, USAGJ.
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to repair 40(ea) lights at helipad of Akasaka Press Center (APC) and outside lights of three different building at Camp Zama (CZ).
Notes:
Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to meet the requirement in the country of Japan. Offerors must have a Japanese CAGE code.
Note 2: The contractor shall submit personnel qualification, Electrician License, 2nd class license or higher (電気工事士二種以上) prior to the award.
