Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for qualified vendors/individuals to provide in-spections and testing for fire protection systems that comply with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) at the United States Coast Guard base New Orleans. Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the performance work statement to become familiar with the requirements, and it is highly recommended to visit the facility to take field measurements, evaluations, etc., to become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed.

The period of performance for this contract is a one-year base period with four one-year (12 month) option periods as follows:

Base Period 01 January 2026 - 31 December 2026

Option Year One 01 January 2027 - 31 December 2027

Option Year Two 01 January 2028 - 31 December 2028

Option Year Three 01 January 2029 - 31 December 2029

Option Year Four 01 January 2030 - 31 December 2030

Contractor's quotes needs to provide a total price for the base year and all option years.

All work is to be completed in accordance with the performance work statement.

This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest bidder.

This is set aside 100% for small businesses.

All contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov.

In accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(2), all re-sponsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the U.S. Coast Guard.
